Hello my name is Rochelle! I have been doing nails for 5 years this fall! My true love is natural nail services and hand painted designs! I offer a service called a Structure Gel manicure, which is similar to a gel manicure but has more strength to protect your nails! We create an apex (structure) to your natural nail to help support the length/natural tip of your nails so they can grow healthy and strong! With high end cuticle work this allows your nails to last 3-4 weeks! My goal is to keep your nails healthy and make them pretty for you and to achieve any length goals you may have! I can’t wait to hold hands! IMPORTANT -New clients must come in with bare nails -Please if you are sick reschedule your appointment and let me know asap to any changes we need to make to your appointment -If you come in visibly sick I will have to reschedule your appointment and charge you 100% of your service.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are running behind please call or text to give me a heads up! I will do my best to accommodate you, but I am only able to hold your appointment up to 10 minutes past your scheduled time. If you are later than 10 minutes, we will have to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged 100% of your appointment. If you cannot make your appointment we ask you to cancel or reschedule 24 hours before your appointment to not get charged the fee. This is a courtesy to your nail technician and for clients that are also wanting to schedule an appointment. Cancellations within 24hours or No Show you will be charged full and possible not able to book any future appointments. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact me. Thank you!
